This high quality Himalayan Pink Salt, which comes in your choice of coarse or fine, has been dug out of the Himalayan mountains and is packed full of minerals.
Known for its balancing and detoxifying properties, Himalayan Pink Salt contains 84 minerals and trace elements that are highly beneficial for the body. These include magnesium, calcium, copper, potassium and iron. It can support proper nutrient absorption, eliminate toxins, balance the body's pH, normalize blood pressure and increase circulation and conductivity.
Product Information
The salt is sometimes a reddish or pink colour, with some crystals having an off-white colour to them. It is commonly used for cooking similar to regular table salt.
Instructions
Dissolve salt in a bath of approx 37C.
Relax and soak for 20 minutes or so.
For detoxifying bathing use up to 500g of salt per bath.
Use 3 times per week for 2 weeks, then when needed.
For general wellbeing use approx 100g-200g per regular sized bath.
