Any changes you want to make to your recipes after they have been sent to us will incur a £25 + VAT admin fee, on top of the cost of your safety assessment. So please make sure your forms / recipes are exactly how you want them before you submit them to us. We are not responsible for any errors you make on your forms. If any information is missing on this form, this will result in a delay to your assessment, so please use the checklist on the end of the form before sending it to us.

The base section is where you list all the ingredients in your base recipe (the ingredients that do NOT change throughout the assessment).
The variant sections are where you list the ingredients that DO change between each variant on the assessment, so say for example, variant 1 is a pink bath bomb fragranced with rose fragrance oil with a rose bud on the top, therefore in the variant 1 section, you would list the pink colourant, the rose fragrance oil and the rose bud. Variant 2 could be a yellow and green bath bomb with a citrus fragrance, so in variant 2, you would list the yellow colourant, the green colourant, and the citrus fragrance and so on.
