How Much is Shipping?
Shipping varies but is usually between £5.00 - £14.99 + VAT (depending on weight) for UK Mainland orders. Delivery is FREE to UK Mainland on orders over £100 (ex.VAT) and orders over £15 (inc. VAT) on our retail products (finished organic skincare).
When Will I Receive My Order?
UK Shipping estimates will appear when selecting delivery options upon checkout, however these are not set in stone as we may have to wait for stock to come in, or during busy periods such as Christmas etc. For delivery time frames offered, please be aware this is our best estimate and not a guarantee.
We will dispatch UK Mainland orders either using Royal Mail Tracked 2nd Class or DHL Next Day Courier, as selected by you. A dispatch confirmation will be emailed to you when the goods have been sent. Your order will be dispatched within 4 working days of receipt, using your chosen delivery method.
Please ensure that you give us correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid redelivery costs.
If you receive a card to say that the courier attempted delivery please contact the courier immediately using the details on the calling card. Couriers apply significant fines and redirection fees to items that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details and to items that are not called for or arranged for redelivery within 5 days of the first attempt to deliver. Any such fines, fees and subsequent redelivery costs will be passed on to you.
If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you, or through the goods being otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a redelivery fee. On such grounds, we also reserve the right to refuse postage refunds if an order is subsequently cancelled.

If you cannot select your preferred country for delivery from the options on our website, please contact us at email@example.com and we can look to arrange a shipping quote for you.
If you are placing an order from an EU country and wish to have it delivered to a business address, please provide us with your EORI number in order to do so. Failure to do so may result in delays during the customs process, or the possibility you will not receive your order. You can send us your EORI number by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are from an EU country and hope to benefit from a reduced rate of Customs Duty (tariff preference) when receiving your order, please be advised that we do not supply this information on our customs invoices/declarations due to the large proportion of products available that do not have an EU/UK origin.
As the importer, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that you are not importing products that are restricted or prohibited under the import laws of your country. Naturally Balmy cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses experienced if products are seized or refused entry. If you require any reasonable adjustments to ensure that your products are prepared for customs clearance, please contact us at email@example.com to discuss the matter further.
Your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Naturally Balmy does not have any responsibility or control of these additional charges as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. Payment of these charges are the buyer's responsibility. In most cases you will be made aware if your package is subject to these charges, but if you are experiencing delays it may be that you need to contact the local courier in order to organise payment of these charges.
Whilst Naturally Balmy cannot be held responsible for any delays to your order once the goods have been dispatched, we will help trace your package wherever possible and provide contact details for local couriers where appropriate.
In the event of an international non-delivery, please refer to the above guidelines on non-deliveries, as the same principles apply to both domestic and international deliveries.
If for any reason a part of your order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you before shipping to check how you wish to proceed. Shipping of the rest of your order will not be completed until an agreement with the customer has been made.
