This extract is 10 times more concentrated than our aloe vera juice (it is classed as 10:1, aloe juice is 1:1), and can be used to make aloe vera gel. (See below).
It can also be added to creams, lotions, shampoos, toners, baby products, after-sun products, nappy creams, eczema & psoriasis treatments etc.
How it's Made
Aloe leaves are filleted and washed to remove aloin. The fillets are ground, the pulp and fibre are removed. The liquid is flash pasteurised and concentrated by reverse osmosis, preservatives and additional water are added and the pH is adjusted with Citric Acid.
This is a 10:1 liquid concentrate obtained from the centre fillet of the plant and preserved with the addition of Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid and Sodium Benzoate.
