marjoram essential oil
A close cousin to Oregano, Marjoram oil is warm, herbaceous, sweet, spicy, woody and has an underlying delicate floral note. It is classed as a middle note and blends well with citrus, floral and woody oils. Pairs brilliantly well with other essential oils such as Clary Sage, Rosemary, Rose, Neroli and Grapefruit.
Marjoram can relax, relieve anxiety, ease digestion and relieve stomach pain and cramps. Marjoram can also be useful for treating high blood pressure, relieving muscle soreness and improving circulation in joints.
Perfect in your bath oil, soaps and massage oils due to its gentle sedative effect.
Warm and spicy, with a thin consistency and a clear light yellow colour. Often used in masculine, Oriental, and herbal-spicy perfumes and colognes.
