Good news! To help you get your holiday skincare essentials in time for Christmas, we've extended our order cut-off dates. Now, you have even more time to place your order and enjoy our products this festive season!
Updated Order Cut-off Dates:
Pre-Assessed Orders: By end of 17th December 2024
All Other Orders: By end of 18th December 2024
By placing your order before these new deadlines, we can dispatch your products in time for the holidays (bar any unexpected delays). After these dates, we will continue processing orders, but we cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery.
Please note, we will be closed from 23rd December to 27th December 2024 and 1st January 2025. During this time, our team will be taking a well-earned break, and customer support will be unavailable until 2nd of January.
ASSESSMENT CLOSURE PERIOD
Please note that our assessment services will also be closed during this period due to the annual festive period. Our team will not be available to respond to emails or handle any enquiries. All CPSRs (including Starter Assessments, PIFs and CLPs) purchased during this period will be processed when we re-open on 2nd Jan. Assessment enquiries will be responded to starting on the 30th.

If you are submitting a new assessment, please note the current turnaround time is approximately 2-4 weeks from point of submission to the assessor. Please allow up to 4 weeks before chasing up your assessment (unless it has been agreed to be completed sooner).
