EU Extended Allergen Compliance Review Service

£80.00

Excluding VAT

The EU has expanded its list of fragrance allergens from 24 to over 80.

If you sell cosmetic products in the EU, your products may now require updated allergen declarations to remain compliant.

This service is designed to quickly and clearly assess whether your current formulation meets the new requirements — and exactly what needs to change.

What This Service Covers

We review your formulation alongside your supplier allergen data to determine:

  • Which allergens are present
  • Whether they exceed EU declaration thresholds
  • What must legally be declared on your label

You’ll receive a clear, structured outcome so you know exactly where you stand and what action is required.

Why This Matters

If your products are not updated in line with the new regulations, you risk:

  • Products becoming non-compliant
  • Inability to sell within the EU
  • Costly relabelling or reformulation

This review allows you to address any issues early, before they become a problem.

What You Need to Provide

  • Updated allergen certificates for fragrances, essential oils, or fragrance oils
  • Full product formulation (including percentages)
  • Product type (e.g. leave-on or rinse-off)

What You Will Receive

  • A full allergen assessment based on EU thresholds
  • Identification of all declarable allergens
  • Clear guidance on whether your current label is compliant

Turnaround Time

Typical turnaround time is 3-5 working days from receipt of all required information.

If you have a tighter deadline, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

CPSR Updates (If Required)

This service does not include CPSR updates.

  • If your CPSR was prepared by Naturally Balmy within the last 12 months, we can update it for a small administrative fee (where applicable)
  • If your CPSR is older or prepared elsewhere, a new CPSR will be required

If you're unsure, we’ll advise you after the review.

Take the Guesswork Out of Compliance
