This listing applies to Naturally Balmy pre-assessed, ready-made formulations only.
Customers may either request release of the existing CPSR in Naturally Balmy’s name, or request a formal amendment by our Safety Assessor to update the Responsible Person details to their own company.
Option 1 – Release in Naturally Balmy’s Name (£30 + VAT)
This covers the administrative processing and controlled release of the existing pre-assessed CPSR in its current form, issued under Naturally Balmy as the Responsible Person.
No amendments to the assessment are made under this option.
Option 2 – Responsible Person Amendment (£50 + VAT)
This covers the formal amendment of the CPSR by our independent Safety Assessor to update the Responsible Person details and re-issue the assessment in your company name.
This option is required if you intend to act as the Responsible Person for the product.
Eligibility
Pre-assessed CPSRs are available only to customers who have placed a minimum of £100+ (excluding VAT and excluding samples) in orders for the specific product the CPSR relates to.
The £100 minimum applies per individual product, not per basket total.
Eligibility is verified prior to release or amendment.

• Documentation will be issued within 4–5 working days once eligibility is confirmed
