Compatibility testing is essential to ensure that your formulation does not interact negatively with its packaging material, which can lead to unexpected issues once the product hits the market. NB offers comprehensive compatibility testing for a wide range of packaging types to identify any potential reactions. Typically conducted over 12 weeks, samples are stored in the desired packaging components at 4°C, 20°C, and 40°C. They are then assessed at various intervals for appearance, colour, odour, leakage, packaging functionality, and weight loss. Additional storage conditions and testing options are available upon request.

Our In house Chemist has MSci Chemical Engineer, he holds an SCS Diploma in Cosmetics Science as well as being a certified Safety Assessor for Cosmetics in the EU (2021). Vasilis is a Member  of the Society of Cosmetic Scientists UK.
