Organic Lip Balm Flavours

I ordered 3 Organic Lip Balm Flavours in Vanilla, Mango and Strawberry. They arrived quickly, but I discovered a few days before needing them that the Strawberry wasn't organic. I emailed on Wednesday evening and received reply within minutes from Jon who apologised and arranged free replacement delivered by Friday to Northern Ireland, for use on Saturday. Very impressed with this level of customer service. Would definitely recommend this company and would use again. The flavours are strong, we really loved the vanilla one.
